Hello, my name is Dave. I live in Marysville Ohio. I own a 1956 ferguson F-40 and I was thinking about purchasing a brush hog. If anyone has one that they would be able to part with cheaply please let me know. I am also in the need of some parts for the same tractor. I need a generator (or a rebuild kit), a seat, gauges, Carberator, and the rearward facing lights. If anyone has any parts or thoughts please feel free to contact me.

You will likely not get any responses to your request posted as is. 1) Very little trading or selling goes on here, mostly information and idea exchange. 2) you would increase your chances if you were to post again n the Massey Furguson forum which you can find by looking in the Main Index.

Good luck. I'd suggest you try Craigslist too. That is where many of us get our used implements.

I have posted on Craigslist, I just thought I would post it here as well because I thought maybe the forum members might have a brush hog or some of my parts or they may have a better idea than mine (Craigslist and local advertising in local papers). Im sorry, I should have explained myself better. I am about to post my more in depth questions on the massey forum though. Thank you for your time.
