38 and crystal clear here. Going to be a beautiful day, sadly I will miss the sunrise service but it is because my daughters are performing. Violin for one, and both singing.

I'm so proud of my ladies. Mom was in the Flutes, but the trumpets drowned them out so they dropped them.

Coffee is done and in cup. 69 degrees this morning in the RGV. Heading to, well I am heading to a place where temperature will be 79 with sun. Attaching the car to motorhome and heading north a little over 300 miles. Was able to top off fuel tank for $3.77 a gallon yesterday. Maybe the lowest I will see in the 2000 mile trip home.

Truckstop yesterday off I-95 exit 102 in VA had $3.79 (But I had just filled for $3.85 at my local place).

46 degrees and sunny. Should see 63 today and maybe some showers. Mowed the lawn yesterday, so let it shower!
We're actually in what's called a "Red Flag Warning" for brush fires. The humidity is quite low and the breezes were quite brisk Saturday and Sunday. They seem to have abated this morning though...

44 here, taking the cats out to roam after posting this. Took my in-laws to easter dinner yesterday at a new restaurant. Still laughing at the typo in this weeks Meijers sale insert, they are advertising a B&D weed trimmer for $29.99 that they say has a "35 amp motor...." :laughing: take one heck of an extension cord to power that one.

44 and clear, the moon is awesome.

Suddenly it is VERY dry here. Snuck up on me. The duck swamp between the two main ponds has dried out to the point I can walk across it with no boot prints, and maybe I can mow it even. everything is brittle and the weather is warning us of high fire danger due to very very low humidity. I dare not light a burn pile at the moment, mostly due to the wind, but the risk to my forest is too high.

Last year the swamp did not dry out for months and months (I got the JD mower almost stuck in it once).

I will be up North almost all day due to a downed server issue so I won't get to see much here today.
