We still have our greeters here, although that may come to an end.
A couple positive things to consider.
1) They hire people who are physically and mentally challenged. That's good for the community.
2) Their employee profit sharing seems pretty generous to me. Coming in around 12.7% of annual pay for one part timer I know.
3) Employee discount 10%, even on food. Plus three pre Christmas vouchers for 20% off individual items. That helps when it counts.
Walmart isn't for everyone, but it's good for some.
I never heard of the profit sharing here. Canada might be different.
