It's a nice mild 49F here this morning. We are probably gonna get a rain shower tonight with the rest of the week being in the 70s. The cold front stayed north of us. The weather was so nice yesterday that I got into my garden and got it tilled plus added about 9 yards of sand. I'm hauling some mule manure from a neighbor today. I trade him sand for manure. He has me dump the sand right into his mule's stalls and they have a ball spreading it around.

I,m with you on checking throughout the day on NHL trades. After I let the calves out, milked the goat, collected eggs and let the chicken out into the run off to the TV for a few minutes. So far not much is happening.
Cool today, -3.9C but mostly sunny, should warm up to +4-5C later.

22 degrees here, heavy frost outside. Thinking of going down to the township office to get a burning permit for my brushpile, this may be the last snow cover we have this year. Pic shows the pile late last fall.

The way I handle those Autumn Olive thorn bushes is to put a cheap rope on the ground, pile a stack of bushes up, use the FEL bucket to compress the bundle, then tie it, and then I can push the entire thing back to my burn pile and either compress it into the base or lift the whole thing up. Saves a LOT of work. :thumbsup:
