Well, I picked up the truck today and all went well. No surprises when it came time to sign on the dotted line, the price was just what we agreed to. I did work out a better deal than I had as far as financing that will knock about a grand off the total payments if I let the loan run to term, but I usually have them paid off long before that so should save even more.
Anyway, the truck rode great on the ~40 mile trip home. Haven't had much time to do much more with Christmas right around the corner but maybe tomorrow. Man that 6.7L motor makes plenty of power. I didn't hit the pedal hard at all and I'm saying to myself whoa there!! I would have loved to have had that much torque in the H1, but I probably would have been breaking half shafts left and right. The 6.5NA Detroit in the Hummer was 195HP and 375 Ft/Lb of torque.
