I bought a new M-59 last month Rebuilt and widened a high cube 6' skid steer bucket to 7' wide, built a hay spear out of a headrack for a fork attachment,mounted my 9' Boss plow on a skidsteer mount

I traded in my Cat 416It and the JD5520 for the M_59 now just need to sell the L35 I like the M 59 it is a good fit between the 416 & the L35

Congrat's. Beautiful machine. Is that the L35 I see in the garage in the background? Also, what is that red bar on the loader frame? Never seen that before.

It's a safety lock on the loader so if you raise the loader to work on the engine you lock that on the cylinder so if for some reason your under there and you loose hydraulic pressure while your under the hood you don't get crushed and the bar holds the loader up. Just a safety feature.

Thanks, makes sense. Beats me putting a step ladder under my bucket to accomplish the same thing. But, it must be aftermarket not being Kubota orange. :laughing:

Most loaders that use the lock out bar, have a bar of a different color, I asked a dealer one time, he stated it was a safey feature to be of a different color, so you can observe that is is either engaged or not at a glance. I do not know if that is true, but it would make sense if it is.
