Buying Advice forestry mulcher head

Hello, I am looking for some input on a forestry mulcher head for my ASV RC100. I have a local with a seppi. Has anyone had any experience with this head.

not too familar with Seppi , but a Fecon BH74SS will do a great job on a RC100. The Seppi you have seen-does it have fixed tools or swinging hammers?
