Another Pasquali in Maine

Hi:

I'm another Mainer with a Pasquali tractor. It is a 933 with the smaller engine. Currently I have a broken clutch cable. It was a jury rigged affair using a motorcycle cable. I'm trying to decide whether to try to find an Italian cable or continue with the jury rig installation.

Hi sorry I have not been online for a long time waiting for clutch parts for my Pasquali. I found a source for parts, Home Page He has clutch cables for $20 but if the shething is in good shape you can make one yourself thats what I did when mine broke. I got the same size stainless steal from tractorsupply, I also got a tool for repairing wire fencing and some wire fencing splices. Using a splice you can loop the cable through it on one end and then crimp it and it will make a solid end just like the original cable.

Thanks for the link to the Italian Tractors site. I used my Pasquali a lot this summer moving dirt around. They were repaving our road and doing a bit of widening and clearing along the sides. The workers were happy to dump many loads of dirt and rocks in our lower field rather than hauling it a longer distance.
It made a difficult job possible. Hope to hear about your tractor.
