GC2400 Mower Height Control

My control knob for mower height control is missing something.:confused2: It was rattling around and not adjusting properly. Something is missing on the underside of the tractor. The rod goes through the frame and the threaded part sticks out the bottom. Am I just missing a washer and nut or is there something else missing like a spring? Could someone check their tractor and let me know. Help would be appreciatted.:thumbsup:

I believe you lost the nut on the bottom of the adjuster. I lost mine in the first year and have two jammed on it now. Been fine ever since that fix.

I would presume the nuts are metric.
