You know what would be kind of neat? If you took a jig saw and cut out the letters to spell Kubota and mounted them to the inside of the rear form (in reverse). Once removed you would have it formed into the cement.

Funny you mentioned this I was thinking about this yesterday while finishing up my form, I am just about ready to pour cement.
