How many implements are you planning on buying?
Are you OK with buying John Deere implements only (meaning those implements that require a PTO hookup)?
I don't think the autohitch would work with other manufacturers' powered implements.

I did not know that! I have three attachments and all three are a different brand. I had not thought of the autohitch and then I started noticing some on photos from this forum, so I thought I'd ask.

If I need JD attachments to hook up to the PTO, then I guess I have to forget it......

The i match would probably work fine with most brands of rototillers. All that is changed on the tiller is a simple slip clutch and if the gear case shaft is a simple 540 spline then it will work fine. Rotary cutters are more involved and probably not worth adapting to a different brand.

I have an Imatch and a few Frontier implements, along with a 6ft KingKutter tiller, and some off brand stuff like a cultivator, and they all fit great. The only one that will not fit, is a cat3 subsoiler, then I have to take the Imatch off. But, I don't use it but once a year or so.
