And finished with this. The tank is about 7ft wide, and 5/8" thick. Its about 2 1/2ft in dia. I used 3" channel for the feet. 2" round bar for the axle. And 6" channel for the frame.

Yes i put a 1" thread plug in the tank and plan to fill it with water when i get it to my lot. I didn't use sand because i will have to trailer it back and forth from the lot to the house and this way i can take some weight out of it. I think sand would be a better choice as it would weigh a lot more. Thanks Brian,
Looks good and should do the job.
Question: Do you plan on filling the tank? Water / sand or ??

There is no way my tractor would lift it. Exp. If it was filled with water. The fel had a time lifting the tank off the trailer. Here is a thought.........
Replace the trailer tow hitch with a 3pt hitch.
Make up an adapter for a tow hitch if you choose to use that.
Unless it is too heavy when filled.

A gal of Quartz sand is only 1.2 times a gal of water weight.
My chart shows sand at twice the weight of water.
Yeah, but he can drain the water out after use...his post did mention that his FEL could barely lift the empty tank. Of course, that doesn't mean his 3PH can't.
you are right, there is a slight bounce between rows. . .And i'm mad at my self for not seeing that before i started welding. I was on my 3rd row when it hit me. I,ve only pulled it empty and only about 50'. The bounce isn't that bad but i'm sure after i use it the first day i'll be looking at a way to fix it.I know hindsight is always better but I would have staggered the rows. I hope there is no bouncing between the time one row contacts the dirt and then the next row. staggered it would be in constant contact.
