3-Point Hitch 5030 nh 3pt hitch not working pto turning

3pt hitch not lifting and the pto turning out of gear.Pull aux and the lift lifts very slow.
Lift lever seem to be sponge.Pull the top and see nothing broken. Replaced the o ring on the acutator large piston. Anybody know where problem maybe.

The pto clutch plates are probably dragging a little. they probably won't transmit any torque but will cause the shaft to rotate.

Is the fluid at the required level? Any water in it? How many hours since you changed the hydraulic filter? Is the pump making a screaming noise (air entrainment)?

If the tractor hydraulic fluid has water and it has frozen that can cause the lack of lift on the 3pt. Some of the NH models have brakes on pto, check the NH web site for your model and see if brake is listed.

fuid level correct, no water new fluid just changed it and filters, no pump noise
