Thanks Thomas for bringing back Harv's timeless story. My kids still love that and they're teenagers.

Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to everyone, especially Harv! :)

We're one seventeen
The best you've ever seen
We'll break our backs
To lead this Pack
And we can really scream!
Yeeeeeaaahhh!

The boys from Pack-117 won first place for their float in the Placerville Christmas parade that year with the Farmall towing the float.

Thanks, Thomas  - I remember that from "back in the day" :D

Anyone notice the "McChalkey cup"? One of the longer running threads on TBN as I recall...

Good memories!!:drink:

I haven't heard from Harv in a long time, so it's possible his e-mail address has changed, but if not . . . well, I sent him an e-mail today.

Heya Harv,
It's that time of year :D
Thomas, remember when this was brand new?

What is SCARY is how many years ago it was when that was posted. Sure does NOT seem that long ago. :D

I had to dig up an old drivers license from about that time and I did not have gray hair then. And I had more hair.

I ONCE read EVERY post on TBN. ONCE. I do not think that is possible anymore. :D

Miss those guys who used to hang out here.....

It has been a while.

Rmember when it took hours, and sometimes days to get a response to a comment or question :D

Thing is that TBN has the best people I have found hanging out on websites. I hang out on some other sites and things can get nasty quick on those web sites. This jdoes not often happen on TBN even when people have vastly different opinions.:laughing:

Then there is the the TBN Collective. Seems like every time I have a problem/question I just look at TBN and there is the answer. Often without asking. Kinda scary sometimes. :D:D:D:D

Yeah, like you, Egon, Richard, WHarv, Bird.... wait a minute... you're all still here!

I do miss a few of the guys that used to be prolific posters and are no longer active. They had vast knowledge of all things tractor (and life) related. Us young pups need folks like that.

I wonder what Mark has been up to, and how his cup is holding up :D

Wonder if he knows TBN has more forums for bigger tractors and construction kinda stuff now?
