Rops statistics

Does anyone have a link to a website that has statistics of injuries/fatalities in regards to use/nonuse of the rop? I was looking for data collected by some agency, department, govenment, etc. I know rops has been shown to save lives, but I'm sure there are plenty of cases where the opposite is true as well.

No facts here... but the ROPs only works with a seat belt on. Other than being held under water and not able to undo the seat belt... there are far more survival stories with ROPs... I'm sure the ROPs have killed... but I'm pretty sure the seat belt wasn't on at the time... Looking forward to more replies...

Yea i forgot to mention looking for data about the rops with the belt on.
