Are you positive about the surcharge ?

We ship packages every day, and I review every UPS billing statement to be sure we recover our freight costs. I am quite certain about the surcharge, although it does vary some with the delivery zipcode.

That then explains the difference and I feel better knowing why there was a difference.

I must say that I have placed no less than 12 orders and all have been error free !

Tracking shows that the package arrived early this morning, so I'll be getting it tomorrow morning. Almost exactly 168 hours total from order to delivery.

Incidentally, shipping was $11 with $2 handling on an 11 pound package.

I consider this a fluke that they got this picked and shipped so fast .

So trying again, using "3 day - air", ordered before 10:30EST... should be delivered on Thursday??? We'll see. Product: $37.52 Shipping: $23.4 Handling: $2.00 (I want to make sure I can get this crap installed this wk/ed). So far, $60 in shipping, $6 in handling... I hate hydraulics, actually, it's plumbing in general.
