Am I correct in guessing that you want to talk to a human?
If so, here is a link that gives methods for doing so. Unfortunately, there's no JD # listed other than JD Credit. You might want to try some of the tricks listed there. Failing to respond to requests for numerical input and pressing 0 have worked for me at times.

My apologies if this isn't what you are looking for.

Good luck trying to get your pound of flesh. While I have no phone numbers for you. Using e-mail I was able to get to different people at corporate, for a problem I was having. Every answer was the same contact your dealer. Since I purchased the tractor from a private individual. The dealers answer basically was bring it in, we will be happy to take a look at it.
Using this site: https://jdagccc.custhelp.com/app/answers/list/ I did get someone from corp to call the dealer and e-mail me back. I spoke with the dealer, who said he would get back with me. Two months later not hearing back I checked on my case and it showed solved. I would still suggest you give it a try. Be nice, because I was not and they disabled my id.
I received an e-mail from JD this week on dealer satisfication:

Is your problem with a dealer?

Maybe the problem is checkenman.
I don't mean that to sound rude or disrespectful. I admire you for trying.
The answer you will get is frustrating, but it will very likely be "take it to your dealer".
I didn't like that answer either when I wanted to discuss a JD problem, and I actually knew the Deere engineers and had their email addy's. They said corporate policy was to go through the dealer ("take it to the dealer").
The dealers have mechanics that go through the training, and have Deere's invested time.
Their is an hierarchy that, like it or not, they will most often follow.
It sure would be handy to have another working 4310 ehydro to swap the controlers around and or try to cal on the other. (like they mite at the dealer). you could always sell it or trade it . deere has service financing options. I know this sucks but deere is never goin to do anything for you unless its at the deere dealer service dept with deere certifed techs working on it. The manuer must be getting pretty deep by now.
the dealers response is bring it in for who knows how much money I don't have
I've gone over the electrical system with the info I have but the diagrams I have don't match what's on the tractor and the dealer is unable to provide me with the correct wiring diagram
it's a problem I could fix myself if i had the information I need
as it stands now I would not only be paying them to fix my tractor but paying them to learn how to fix it
I've gone through the auto calibrate routine and it fails with the reverse proportional valve calibration which is the last step
when I hook up the reverse proportional valve to the forward circuit the wheels turn in reverse, so it's not a problem with the valves
it seems to have to be a problem with an input to the controller or the controller itself which I bought new last week for $570.
or it may be the calibration procedure that I'm following to the letter
there is no voltage coming from the controller for the reverse valve, but from the controller to the forward valve you can see the voltage ramping up to turn the wheels when the pedal is pushed
all the pots are adjusted to proper specs and there is voltage going to the controller from them and they pass the calibration routine
all i need is someone that understands the system to point me in the right direction
doing the work is no problem for me, i build my own computers
Dues now due
Trust me I'm not making fun of Chickenman - its not easy taking the road less often traveled.
Hang in there Bro! I hope the sensor keeps you going along time.
I'm just now considering taking them on over $100
wish me luck![]()
I was able to resolve the problem
i found someone that knew what my problem was and after a 5 min phone call i was on my way to fixing it
after 3 weeks of trying to get the info it took 30 mins to fix
it was the mfwd speed sensor
now it runs better than it ever has, i think it must have been faulty since new
Good for you for persisting!!.... and for knowing how to do that level of repair.
I find that often all you need is a what is a rare commodity in today's society - A REASONABLE PERSON!!
I find that bottles of whiskey, cases of beer, bottles of wine, and boxes of chocolate sometimes help, depending on what the situation is.
Just be sure and remember where you found your reasonable person, and remember that 'what goes around, comes around...'.
