Considering last year a new 2009 CT230 cash price deluxe package with FEL and bobtach was around 12.2k (before taxes up until June 30th (free FEL and 3500 cash rebate)... I'd say around 11k before taxes would be a good deal. Depending on when the dealer took delivery of the unit they may not let it go for that. Current going rate for an new machine with incentives for cash is in the 15k range.

You should base what you'll pay off of what a new machine just like it would cost.
Then reach an agreement on whats fair for a machine that has full warranty in the condition it's in (hrs etc).
