Fianlly got my grapple!! Put it right to work loading piles of old fence posts & wiring off a customer's farm.
It's a Titan 72" Extreme duty.
Likes: Seems really heavy duty. 1/2" + thick tines.
Dislikes: British pipe thread fittings, several lines leaked after hook-up. Required a 1/2 hour with the mini grinder to get the quick-attach bottom pins to fit. :(

I'll be using it to place boulders for a retaining wall I'm building tomorrow.

Looks awesome! I just got my grapple installed last week and love it. I know you will find more and more uses for it as time goes on.

Enjoy!

I never asked about the weight, but judging by similar models, I'd guess ~750lbs.

Thanks for the compliment! That tractor has made me a lot of money this summer.

Nice!! No better feeling than to drive up to a big pile of brush, grab a few loads, haul away and be done. Even better if it makes you money.

Its been almost a year since I got mine and its still my #1 attachment.

Man, what wimpy piles of brush those big ole Kubotas pick up. I'd say that bad boy is slacking off. Here is what a light duty grapple can do mounted to a 20hp Kioti::D

Keep us posted on the wall project. I'd love to hear how well you can precisely place the rocks. I find that with a little care I can get down to a few inches in terms of placement and that the main limiting factor is being able to visualize and judge distance that far from the operator station.

I just loaded 3 dumptruck loads of old fenceposts. So I guess you can say it's getting to earn respect with each passing day. :)

I will be using it on the wall job monday, but some are really big. I'll have to use the backhoe for them.

Check out Gator, WRLong for starters. There are many others too. Search on grapples here on TBN and settle in for a week or two of reading.

Im in NE Ohio. I've seen the Titan HD, Bradco, and lots of others and there seems to be a huge difference in price between all of them. I am not as concerned with the name but quality and value is very important.

I don't recall anyone having a problem with a grapple not holding together. A few got a grapple that was too heavy for their tractor, one thing to think about.

the Titan I looked at was 600lbs so i would loose some load capacity with my 724 FEL

Way too heavy for almost any CUT. Check out Gator for cheap or Anbo and WRLong lightweight lines.

lightweight but still very strong. A small grapple can still take a BIG bite!

All grapples, even the very lightest at less than 300lbs, can handle anything a CUT FEL can do. Just keep things centered and don't pretend you are driving a bulldozer.

No pics yet but I got a 4' gator for my 4035 Mahindra and love it. For my application it's perfect. I've cleared about 1/2 an acre of junk wood and brush up to 8 or 9 inches.

A-men bro. About 8 years ago I cleared an acre with a chainsaw and hand piled the brush. I was the next 3 years off and on pulling stumps. Now I use my box blade as counter wheight and level things as I go. Just need to seed and burn the piles.
