A fellow is selling his B7500 with Kubota backhoe. The hoe is not a subframe mounted model but uses the 3ph (I believe its the 4672) and I'm wondering if this will cause problems down the road. I've searched the older posts on TBN and it seems that a subframe would have been preferable.

Also, asking price is 12K. It's an '03 with about 350 hrs on it and it plus it has a MMM. Any thoughts on this asking price? Anything to look out for with the 7500? I'd love to get into a new B2320 TLB but I'm not sure that's going to happen anytime soon.

Thanks for any advice you all can give.

First of all hours are relative - http://www.tractorbynet.com/forums/...150221-b7610-hour-meter-tach-revolutions.html
I've run my 7610 for at least 40 hrs and only have put about 20 hrs on the meter.
The 3ph / 4672 - probably a 3ph with an extra strong toplink, that's how Kubota sold it.

yes it will cause problems, there will be backhoe envy, very similar to ***** envy, but if you got it use it!

And get a thumb!

Price - w/ FEL? If so a decent price. I got my '07 B7610 (245hrs), LA352 FEL, Bush Hog SBX 48 box blade, '07 Hudson HSE Deluxe trailer - 5 Ton 18' for 11.5K.

I'll let you know in a little while I'm just mounting a 3pth one on mine this week. Make sure you get the heavy duty top link part # 70050-540. There is also a frame stiffener bracket that should be added aswell part # b4681. I can take some pictures if that helps. The top link bracket should have 8 bolts in it. If you look under the tractor there should be an orange bracket on each side of the frame that runs from the front of the rear axle to the loader mounts. Kubota recommends both of these for the b4672 backhoe.

Kubotas have not had a problem like some of the other companies with there backhoes. One company still has problems with their frame backhoes!

I think you will be fine.

Thanks guys for the info and reassurance. The TLB I BOUGHT (yeah I pulled the trigger last night) has the heavy duty top link and frame stiffiner that Taiser showed in his pics so I should be good to go. I got the price down a bit from the 12K he was asking and feel like everyone came away happy. Can't wait to get some seat time this weekend.

A thumb is definitely on the "to add" list.

Could you provide the part number and or a picture of the orange frame bracket. I bought an used 4672A and am trying to attach it to my B7510. I have called 3 local dealers and each says they don't know what I'm asking for. The B4681 is the top link mount.

Thank You
Fred

Its hard to get good pictures or the frame bracket because the mower deck is on I'll try. Basically it bolts to the sides of the rear axle and runs parallel to the frame and slightly lower and the bolts up to the front loader mounts. I was very surprised that my dealer knew what I was asking for. I'm sure someone here sent me a pdf with the part # and installation guide, I'll try to find it when I get home.

Here are a few pictures of the b4681 support frame kit. The last picture is of the upper link support, it differs from the original as it wraps over the top of the rear axle casting and has to extra bolts that come down from the top.

Hope this helps

Hi Fred: Where did you find the 4672A and what is the difference between it and the 4672? Been looking for a used 4672 for 2 mos since buying the 7510 with FEL...guess I don't know where to look.....glad to hear that apparently some are still available. Also if it is not too much to ask about what did you pay for it? If that is private, I understand and thank you for the encouragement that I will find one soon.
Jay

You will need a frame stiffener bracket (Kubota B4681) in addition to the HD top link. The stiffener looks like this:B4681 Kubota Frame stiffener.jpg

I bought a WoodMaxx backhoe a couple of years ago for my B7500. As mentioned, for any 3 point backhoe you do want to install the support brackets and heavy duty top link. For those of you that are still interested here is the installation sheets for both.

Which WoodMaxx backhoe did you get for your B7500 the WM6600 or the WM7600? I would like to add one to my B7500 later this year, Lord willing. It seems that the wider support-arm/outrigger footprint of the WM7600 would be nicer, as long as it wouldn’t damage the tractor. There’s only about 30lbs weight difference in the two different models.

I researched the B4681 frame stiffener kit, and my Kubota dealer said it’s no longer available as a kit; however, it appears that the individual parts are available, which will make the cost a little north of $200 (not counting the reinforced hd top link bracket). I got a GREAT deal on the tractor, but I’m also going to have to order all the 3ph parts, since someone scavaged all of those off the tractor when the previous owner sold his tiller attachment....

Ok, I'm a bit confused. I've searched to no avail so I thought I'd post. I bought the WM6600 for my B7500. I have the heavy duty top link but not the frame support brackets. I have the LA272 also and my question is this. Can you even put the frame support brackets on with the loader installed? Doesn't the loader kit include frame support brackets? Maybe not exactly the same but still brackets? Thanks
