I would guess that is a pliers taken form the UFO that crashed in Roswell, NM back in the '50's and it is now just being exposed....am I right ?

If the UFO engine was run by a sewing machine motor!!!

Nipple piercing tool?

Something round goes in the hole, then the little punch pierces it.

These are clearly Duduk pliers used to adjust and trim thirsimforth inflators.

I hate to get off topic, but regarding your link to iOffer, my computer freezes up almost everytime I go to iOffer. Does this happen to any of you?

It locked up mine too fire fox 3.5.5 window XP home?

that was fun Ill rummage through my tool box for some odd tools and post.

Ironically I use to use them for belts on our machines when I worked at a fab shop in the 70's
