Considering Kubota Grass Catcher have question

I have a 48" deck and am considering the Kubota Catcher. I can see that it won't come off very easily but I want to know if you remove the blower, do the bags come off at the same time?
Also would I be able to get to the hitch on the tractor for pulling say a cart or aerator?
I only have the installation manual and can't really tell.

I have the grass catcher on my 2230, it isn't terrible to remove as long as you can remove it on a level, hard surface. I also only remove it once a year in the fall to install a leaf blower and re-install it in the spring. The blower and the bag holder is all one unit on mine so it all comes off together. The hitch is the only problem I encountered, to solve this I welded a 2" receiver on the bottom side of the bagger assembly so when I need to tow a trailer or whatever I just install a hitch from my truck and I'm ready to roll.

Thanks Tags for the input. I figured it would have to be a level, hard surface. I use a Tiller also and have built a dolly for it so it is easy to remove and roll to its' resting spot in the shed.
With removing the 3 point hitch it will take a little longer when I want to use the tiller. I do not use that as much so no problem.
I do use the other hitch for primarily an aerator so maybe your idea of modifying the Grass Catcher will work for me too.
Haven't seen the Catcher yet in person so can't tell and they cost like @#$.

Depending on your property you may want to look at a Trac Vac or a cyclone rake. I have borrowed my uncles Kubota grass catcher and found that I need to empty often. Where with the Trac vac I picked up I can do most of my yard before dumping. Also I can hook it to my ATV and use it just to suck up leaves from a pile. Another thing to consider is if you ever get a different tractor then all thats needed is a new boot where the Kubota unit may not fit a different machine.

I picked up my Trac Vac for 200$ compared to the 2,000$ the dealer wanted for the kubota one. The only issues I have had is that it only has a 6inch hose and with sticks it tends to clog from time to time, so if looking for that find one with a bigger hose.

Thanks Matt for that input as well. Doubt I will get another tractor. I research the Trac Vac but you must have a buddy to get one for 200$.
Big problem is dragging one behind with trees in the yard. I am not adverse to emptying it as I don't think my yard will require more than once then again at the end. At most 3 total times.

No buddy, just happened to find it on craigslist and was the first guy there.

I borrowed a pull behind and didn't like it because it was so long and hard to get around with although it did hold a lot of material. Didn't like the extra motor, lots of noise. I've modified mine to work with the Pats Easy Change and I don't have to take the rods off from the top lift arms and the bottom 3PH, just hook the top to the tabs provided. I've found it easy to remove, and easier to hook up if I put a 1" board under the parking stands. Here's a link to the mod that makes it easier to hook up.

Really appreciate your response and I've read almost everything on this forum including your great job of posting those pictures. I'll probably revisit those after I've made my decision on the Kubota GC. At the moment I am leaning towards the Kubota if I can get my dealer to "lose a little money" on my behalf. I was concerned about being able to get to a hitch when I want to pull my aerator or anything else. I'm still not sure I can.
Tough when you can't see what you are buying before you own it.
I'm also concerned with its' width. Kubota quotes 60" but I don't know if that is with a bigger deck than mine or not. I have a 48" deck. I have limited storage space.
