BX23 Deal

I've owned my BX2660 for almost a year now and have educated myself (with your help) about tractors in general and Kubotas in particular. I'm currnently looking at a low hour BX23 that is at a price that sounds too good to be true. Is there anything that wouldn't be obvious that would make this tractor worth less than usual market value?

If you tried it out, I would say no. You have owned a similar machine for a year now, you probably know what to look for now as far as problems.

$4400 Canadian, which is somewhere between half and a third what it should be. I'm pretty sure its a scam. At this point I'm just stringing the guy along. I figure the more of his time I waste, the less time he has to scam others.

My intention is to arrange a face-to-face, cash-on-the-dash transaction. If that happens, I'm in good shape. Sending away money and hoping a tractor will magically show up???? I'm a little sharper than that.
