One that took me a while to figure out was OP...
Mainly used when a thread covers everything under the sun but the OP's question. (original poster's)
Not to be confused with PO - Previous Owner. Usually used in referring to some bone-headed quick-and-dirty fix found one's newly acquired used or antique tractor, as in "Oh, you saw that gizmo in the photo? The PO put that on there. Stupid, isn't it?"

That's an example post he made with no contextual references in it as to determine what the acronym 'BH' might mean... etc.

I thought ROPS was Roll Over Protection System. I like Structure better.

FROPS = Full Roll Over Protection System = Roll Cage
PAT = Push Angle Tilt = Dozer blade that angles. Also called a 6 way or 8 way blade.

There, that's why I like the TBN lounge. I just learned that I've had that confused for the past year or so. This place entertains and educates while it keeps you humble, and knowledge combined with a little humility is good around tippy machines with spinning sharp things.
