Cost for adding a rear remote - M5040

I have a Kubota M5040 with one rear hydraulic remote, it has room for two more.

After reading about the "Top N Tilt" remotes, I'd like to add at least a second remote. The dealer said it would cost around $700-800. Is this a reasonable price?

No it's not reasonable, OTOH it's what my dealer wanted to install TNT on my B7800

I went back & checked what I was charged for the second valve when I bought a tractor in '06. Good or Bad it was 740 dollars.

Okay, thanks for the feedback folks. The cost of the second remote, plus the TNT and hoses is starting to get pretty expensive My manual labor is cheaper, LOL.

Why not use what you have and just make it Top only.

I might go that way, but I'd probably go for tilt rather than top.

I went to the dealer (Dallas/Ft. Worth area)this week and they said $750 for a rear remote on my L3400.
