you didn't try to get them to buy some of those penny stocks did you----they could buy snow blowers and have a better investment----don't want to run the price up on Messick---He thinks it is a good investment at this time--come to think of it ----I hope it goes to $100 per share so they can pay all the tractor dealers they judgement awards!!!

Who are you sending those storage fees invoices to----hope you are getting paid in cash not stock(looks like $5.90 today)----storage and insurance on those textron units could get expensive for textron if they don't come get them soon---wonder how they are stating those cost to the SEC----are or they just covering up those expenses also????

wonder who is going to run out of money first in Rhode Island, the dealers or Textron---(seen that stock price lately?) hear they have 9 or 10 cases that are going to trial????----or they trying to get the focus off their REAL Problem????-----anyone seen AC and Tax's boat ----heard the leather coat was real wet----like a blanket!!!!

Well my Blue tractor is still running fine. Some time I try to use one of the deers I just wonder how hard it is going to be to get parts for it. Hope you are all doing fine. Thanks again Tim for your help. Fixing to start planting next week. I will let you know how it goes. Looks like a good time to buy stock in Textron. LMFAO I can think of a few of them that need to be fired. Carma is the devils check book. Looks to me as if Textron's check book is more jacked up then Obamas.

those darn lawyers----they must have a gag order on all the Farmtrac dealers while all these trials or going on ---not me though----heard they found some arranged marriages between Farmtrac and textron---ALL IN THE FAMILY----AGAIN!!!!!----
When I became concerned that no activity was on the Rhode Island court website, I asked why. The lawyers said it was because after the papers are served the dealers have 20 days to respond. Lawyers always take the full response time--I guess to get on the nerves of the opposing lawyers. It might be years before the dealers know if they live or die (financially). And then there are always appeals if the dealer has the money to go on.

I applaud you in your efforts so far to do what is honarable and just in a situation that we all wish we were not in together. With that being said I ask that you continue to seek what is rightfully yours, which is being claimed by our adversary, Textron. In joining our fight, and sometimes leading in the courts I pray for your success in this battle. In doing so I believe you can be an example to some US companies about what honor and integrity are. We as dealers still live the principals that helped found this country and keep it alive. This country does not live in the boards rooms with college grads whose only purpose is to create short term gains. It lives in our principals and work ethic. I still pray for the people at textron, not only for justice but that they will see what Truth actually is. Without this Truth we are only living like animals and fighting for our next meal. We would club our neighbor and steal what is not ours to take a step up the ladder.
I thank you LS and ask that you show the dealers you are courting that when things get tough your company will hold its head up and whatever the outcome may be, know that you were honorable in all ways.
As for textron, I ask that you review the testimony so far, the bomb shells dropped on you in court by key Farmtrac people, who will not lie for you and will do what is right. Textron individuals, leave this company or be pulled down with the pigs I feel they are. And please stop lying, we know the truth before we ask you........you people know just who you are. Your type, who ignore their own actions for small gains. Look your kids in the eyes and know they will meet somone like you in their own future, they may be consumed and destroyed by your own type.

somtimes it only takes a small dog to bark----and the WHOLE pack starts biting you-----seen the price of textron stock lately----looks like some body already got bit!!!!----I want my bonus check----NOW!!!!!

what is the date that the dealers must reply to textrons charges----20 days to reply for those 8 or 9 cases what is that date----Blue----Dark Shadow ---Longtractorman---taxpayer anyone know the date and how to look at those cases without having to pay the state of RI or their PACE system they say the case file is only 20 to 30 pages at this time ----can someone post the links and how to access these pages?????
