Thinking about upgrading

Best deal so far in the "New England" area has been $22,204 + 6% tax. That is for a March 08 tractor that the dealer received before the price increase.

I am getting quotes on:

GL3240HST
LA724 with skid steer type Q/A
Kubota or WR Long 3rd function with bulkhead kit
Kubota HD bucket with bolt on edge
Turf Tires
Rears loaded with Rim Guard or Citrus Star
Block Heater

Two MA dealers quoted around $22,500 + 5% tax for the combo above. Best price so far is the $22,204 + 6% tax from a NY dealer. I am located in Connecticut. The local CT dealer quoted $24,850 + 6% tax but that was for a pre price increase GL3540.

I did get one quote from a Southern dealer and he quoted $21,795 + $1000 shipping and no tax for a cash deal. I would love to get a new tractor for the figures some people are quoting.

Try Brady Barlow I bought a L3940 with loader for 22,000. He delivered it 400 miles. Delivery was extra but very reasonable.

Was that new or used? The southern price I listed above was from Brady

New but it had been on the lot awhile. He was good on trade total package he beat my local dealer by 4500. I give him an A+ on everything.

At those kind of prices I think it would be well worth a ride to Cincy.

Barlow's beat my local dealer by over $2,200 on b2320. Brady is great to deal with. HTH

Brady beat the best priced local dealer by $2500 delivered, and was great to deal with. That was when diesel was right around $4.00 a gallon, too.
