- Getting old. Sold the ranch. Sold the tractors. Moved back to the city.
Tractor is still sitting at the dealers with the engine apart.
Mahindra still hasn't gotten back with them on what to do.
If they don't do something soon I guess I'll tow it home and park it out by 50 Hwy with a 4x8 sign on it and 12,000-18,000 cars a day will see my opinion of Mahindra!
Mahindra customer service sure is living up to their reputation.
WHAT'S IN YOUR BARN?
Don't know how many of those motorists are tractor owners or prospective tractor buyers. But by starting your two threads on the 4500 problem here on TBN, you're reaching a target audience of actual tractor buyers/owners and this should give Mahindra's management pause to consider the value of good public relations. Wonder if your dealer or the individuals you're dealing with at Mahindra customer service are aware of the reach of TBN.
BTW: I'm watching this thread with great interest since last March I bought a new Mahindra 5525. Hope we aren't seeing a quality control problem here on the 4500, especially in view of Mahindra's ads on TBN touting their recent quality awards.
