I-Match bushing spiral roll pin

The I-Match quick hitch requires bushings be secured on the impliment 3 pt hitch pins with supplied spiral roll pins approximatly 7/16" dia x 1 3/8" long.

That size does not seem to be commonly available, I've tried McMaster Supply & even my dealer is having difficulty locating them.

I take the bushings off when loaning a rake to our neigbor & would like to have some spare pins in case they get lost.

Anyone have a source or JD part number?

Try your local Fastenal store. They should have 7/16 by 1 3/8 in stock. It is listed in their catalog, part number 0166034. If you go to Home | Fastenal at the top of the page there is a link for locations to help locate the closest store.

I used bushings from TSC. I was able to secure the bushings with a bolt/lock nut. Anyway, TSC will be cheaper ($$) than your JD dealer. I'm sure TSC will also carry roll pins

I can't link to it right now, but if you search TBN for my handle I posted a bunch of info on how and where to get SpeeCo bushings. They're nice quality, cheap, and Brandt distributors in Colorado can get them to you.

JD online customer service located the p/n & checked that they have a large number of them in stock.

The p/n is R27999


This is one of those odd items that you will never need to replace.... if you have a spare.
