I have a TC45D hydro transmission.
It is stuck in reverse, the forward pedal is soft with no reaction, the reverse pedal is stuck and will not push at all. When I start the tractor and put it in low range it starts to move in reverse, at that point I cannot pull it out of gear I have to turn the key off.
I did repair the "B" cam for the pedals a while back, but this is new and the repair is intact.
