ZG won't start. Help!

My 3 y/o ZG23 has run like a top until this morning. When I turn the swithch just hear a sizzling noise I thought was coming from the ignition switch but now believe is coming from under the seat. There are several relays under there. The battery is not the problem. Any ideas or suggestions as to what to check and how?

Definitely hard to say what it is without seeing it. A sizzling noise? That description would make me lean towards a loose/bad connection. A sizzling noise sounds to me like a connection arcing. It is hard to say step by step but you need to insure that the entire starting circuit is making good connections... whether it be at the battery, a ground, relay, etc.
