Zetor 5245

So, I've been looking at buying a tractor. There's a Zetor 5245 with loaded listed in the paper by a local dealar. They want $9800. Is this worth even looking at? I've never seen a Zetor. What can you tell me about these. I'm looking for a tractor that I can put a backhoe on. I've been considering a Mahindra 3510. How will this tractor compare. Of course, I know it has a lot more power.
