Zerk fitting size for B2910HST

I was doing my 10 hour grease routine on my B2910HST and noticed the Zerk fitting is missing from the speed control rod. I don't think it broke off because I can feel threads in it with a finish nail. Can anyone tell me what size fitting to buy? Should I assume it's metric like the other bolts? The hole doesn't look much bigger than 1/8"or 4mm.

4mm sounds about right. Everything I've found on my B2910 has been metric. The best thing to do would be to stop by a hardware store and pick up a small assortment of metric fittings, as you would probably pay almost as much for 1 as you would for a half dozen.
