Z-Force Deck issues

I have two issues with the deck on this unit that I cannot understand why Cub did not resolve.

1) The depression around each blade spindle on top of the deck collects water after washing and contains no drain hole.

2) There are holes around each blade spindle on top of deck that allows a great amount of grass to collect on top of the deck as it comes in from below. Why are these gaps there as most mower decks are sealed up pretty well? The curled up leading edge of the deck also catches grass and contributes to this as well.

The cutting deck is designed that way so the blades and the belts are aligned. All the decks have that depression. It's not just the Zforces.

The holes were created for AirFlow downwards while mowing/mulching.

If you are washing the unit you need to get rid of the standing water or any moisture around the spindles. Be aware that RUST or CORROSION is NOT covered by your factory warranty. So get rid of that water after washing the unit.

And finally, as with any mower deck Grass Clippings will collect on the deck.
