Thanks guys. Yep, my ole '71 is still in the work force and a daily driver. It's sporting a 489 stroker with aluminum heads, custom roller cam, and efi, dynoed 612ft/lbs peak at 3,500rpm. It's backed with a 5 speed stick, 12" clutch, and 1 ton running gear with hydroboost and 4 wheel disk brakes. It regularly pulls over 10,000lbs and gets 12mpg empty.
Sold two Deere tractors last week so I had to increase my inventory. It is Blue so that is a little odd but after running her a bit she has some nice features.
I am picking up a John Deere 3005 and a grapple for a skid steer next week. Pics to follow.
Home brewed. I built that critter along with a matching rear bumper some years back. The rear has since been replaced with the flatbed.
