Well gotta show my latest, but it's a rolling chassis currently, until I get the sheet metal on the bed.

Man those are some heavy pigeons!!!
Nice setup.
I'm guessing that chains are mandatory in your area, or are they for when you aren't hauling a trailer ?

What kind of bed is on that Ford? Here is our F350 hauling an old PistenBully snowcat, nordic ski trail groomer. The trailer is a PJ T8 Gooseneck 26 ft. (22 tilt + 4). No complaints about the trailer. Running a snowcat up a tilt trailer (in snow) can be a bit scare. I have some conveyor belting screwed to the decking and a pair of 4x4's clamped to the frame which prevent falling off from a lateral slide. (Snowcats love sliding sideways.)

Homing pigeons, I get hired to haul the birds on there races, up and down highway 395 north from San Diego to as far as Klamath falls.
Trailer is right around 12k loaded truck does close to 14 mpg pulling it
The chains are for pulling the trailer back up our driveway, and for maintaining control going down one icy hill between that trailhead and our place.
