Price Check Your Pricing Help Appreciated 2001 445 with Loader

We are soon to move and that means I have to sell my lawn tractor.

It is a 2001 John Deere 445
789 Hours
60" Mower Deck
4' Blade
Single stage 46" Snow Blower
Front loader #40
New seat to replace worn original.

Tractor has been well maintained and serviced.
We are currently cleaning and re-painting it original green and yellow colrs to get it ready for sale.

I would like to get a fair market price for everything sold as a package.

Your help in this is greatly appreciated.

Pictures would help. Since you have to repaint it, I assume it was kept outside?

I have a 2001 445 with a 47 2 stage blower and 60 inch deck. Looks like the day it came off the showroom floor with 300 hours on it. I would assume mine is worth about 4-5K.

One that has been abused or outside, I would think 1/2 of that.

No, it hasn't been abused. Yes, stored outside but with tarp always. We are just giving it nice touch up paint to bring it back to life. Just normal color wear from a tractor being used. I think you are pricing your tractor too low (I know you are not selling it) - I have seen the same year 445 with 6-700 hours with only the mowing deck going for well over $5500.

The #40 loader on mine is only a few years old and was bought for $2200.

For what its worth, I googled deere 445 and fastline has one 1998 w/900 hrs 60 inch deck and loader for 4200 .... when I was shopping for my tractor the dealer near me had one with the 60 deck, blower and rotary broom and was pretty weathered (dull paint, etc but no rust) - no clue what the hours were, but I seem to recall that package wasn't over 6k and was already sold so I didn't really look it over too much.

When I was looking for a JDx455 prices for tractor and mower ran 4800 to 5500 .
That's with out a rear pto or 3 point hitch .
Adding those was another grand.
This put me up around 6500 for a used 6 to 9 year old machine.
I gave up on the 455 when I found another 4 year old tractor and mower for 5250.
The 5250 also included a rear pto & 3 point hitch where the 455 did not.

Your loader is worth $2K all day long. The tractor and mower is worth about 3500. Snow blower is worth 1000 and blade around 300. Total package 6800.
