Nothing beat overalls though! Well except for bibs.

When I was in my early 40s I commented to my parents how it seemed quite a few of my friends had lost a parent. Father responded with something to the effect of "how do you think we feel, seeing our friends dropping off". I'm now about the same age he was when he made that comment.
Guess that translates to YKYO when your friends/contemporaries are dying from "old people" ailments.

Dad was 91 and Mom was 88 when they passed, and had only a few friends left living at that point.

I'm only 61 but one of my knees feels like it's at least 80. I moved a 30 cf refrigerator into our house and my knee has been protesting for 2 weeks now. I'm afraid I may miss the annual horseshoe tournament for the first time because of it.

That makes me feel old.

No fun. I had to move a similar one two weeks ago but that was just down a hallway about 30'.

I'm 78, I have osteo arthritis in every joint. My hips, spine and knees hurt the worse. I take MSM, Glucosamine, Chondroitin and Turmeric.

Fully assembled it was over 320 lbs. My 5'2" wife and I got it off our truck, onto the porch, through the sliding door with shoulder straps and into position.

We could have had it delivered, but like my username suggests, I don't like strangers on our secluded property. If you're gonna be dumb you gotta be tuff they say.
