I only went to my 20th high school reunion. The pattern I noticed was that the girls that were downright skinny in high school tended to naturally maintain their figure into middle age.

The girls that were not fat, but curvy, in high school seemed to keep growing and growing.

At one of our class reunions, a girl that had always been flat chested showed up with a really nice rack. Another classmate said she had married a plastic surgeon.

About 2/3 enlargement, about 30% reduction with the rest flat out removal either cancer related or concern over older implant.

And yes, boyfriends/husbands often right there paying for it... not so much with tummy tuck, lifts, nose jobs, etc...

About half the nose jobs related to breathing issues or reconstructive... the other half cosmetic ..

Plastic Surgery patients by and large are ready and eager and self pay...

it's like the guy that was in a bad accident and in the hospital. The nurses giggled because he had a tattoo on his wee wee that said Shorty. One of them asked his girlfriend about it.

She said, it's not a problem. When he's aroused it says:

Shorty's Bar and Grill, Chattanooga Tennessee

To prove his unwavering love a guy had his girlfriends name tattooed on his manhood, WENDY.
During a vacation to Jamaica he went to the bathroom in the local watering hole.
He couldn't help noticing the local at the urinal beside him also had WENDY tattooed on his fella.
He said to the local I didn't mean to look but isn't it a coincidence we both have SOs named WENDY.
The guy looks over and laughs, mine says WELCOME TO JAMAICA MON AND HAVE A NICE DAY.

We have had a week of rain, but with clear and warm weather today, I took the motorbike (VFR800) out for a "ride around".
About ten miles in, so many of my corners were hurting and aching and bitchin, I thought I would have to turn around and head back. But I didn't.
By about mile 20 or so, I reflected on how nothing hurt anymore and I should consider a longer ride.
Must be old age....;-)

Or ladies of the night.
As kids we used to look through the National Geographic magazines in the school library and laugh at all the tattooed native peoples with their piercings.
I'm waiting to see a kid on the street with the lower lip ash tray.
