Sorry for your loss.
Hard to believe the first Drs couldn't find anything. I have a SIL with severe MS, it's a full time job for my brother to care for her.

I am very sorry for your loss. Your son sounds like he was a smart hard working young man. I am sure you are very proud of everything he was able to accomplish.
