YM2620D, Voltage Regulator Location?

I have unable to find the regulator on my tractor. The parts book has it 'free floating" on a block page. (part# 129350-77920 ?) It looks as if it should be mounted to the fire wall by the engine in the picture.
I have nothing mounted on the fire wall. The battery is not recharging. I have notice a small metal box under the dashboard covers (not the fuse box) Could that be it? Much thanks for your imput guys.

129350-77920 is not a regulator, it is a charging indicator unit. The Alt. has a built in regulator. Part # 121400-77201.

Thank you Dan for the prompt reply. I will pull off the alt. and take it to the local repair shop to have it tested. I wish I could read the parts book in English. I have figured out the symbols of colored wire.
