YM1700 PTO Help...

Hey Guys. I have a YM1700 which has PTO troubles, specifically Neutral. I currently have the hydraulic lift housing removed in an attempt to diagnose the problem. I believe that the PTO speed pin, located on the top left side of the carrier assembly is, was removed and reinstalled in reverse by someone previously. If anyone here could/would kindly share a pic/detailed diagram of how it's supposed to properly be/look... I'd greatly appreciate. I've included a snapshot of it in it's current state.
