YM 1720d battery replacement

I have a 1720d, and my battery is toast. Have been jump starting for the past 6 months. How do I know what battery to replace it with, the current one still has the Japanese writing on it so I can't read it. Lol

just get 1 that has high cold cranking amps that will fit in the original location.. I think mine is 750 or so CCA

Automobile battery, or better/more expensive, a truck/tractor battery.

I made the mistake of buying a marine deep cycle/starting dual purpose battery with great cranking amps at moderate cost, but the bouncing killed it after a couple of years. I've read they aren't recommended for this reason.

Just measure the space and get the biggest capacity battery that will fit and has the terminals on the proper side.

The highest CCA and highest reserve capacity battery that will fit in the battery box. When at it run a 2nd ground cable back to a starter mounting bolt.
