Got my first load of propane for the winter. Looks like it's going to be an expensive year. $4.00 a gallon!

I signed a contract last Sept. Mine was $1.98 but I have to use a min of 500 gal.

Guess we are a little late. Got ours filled 2 weeks ago. New house to us so we got a new service discount of 30cents. Costs was $2.39 a gallon after the discount.

Sound like you need another supplier. I do not use propane but relatives do. Some some suppliers around here have a habit of raising prices like gas stations. Hope you have more than one supplier in your area.

Unfortunately, out here in the desert, there are few suppliers and their costs are similar. Can you spell COLLUSION?

Might have to look into other options. Firewood isn't one.

Can you spell OPPORTUNITY? If you are convinced the product can be delivered profitably for less, have at it. Collusion is a mighty serious allegation to be tossing around. If their costs are similar (as you say) then one would expect their prices to be similar.

Put a 300 gal tank on a trailer, and go buy it somewhere else where its cheaper.
