Just a little project of mine. Had some scrap lying around and decided to be constructive for a day instead of the opposite. All it needs now is to finish the plumbing and a good coat of paint. Hopefully the pictures worked.

You're right. The easy part is done. There are so many different choices to make from here. I know I am not going to stick with the electric pump. I was thinking of using a 6 roller pump. Not sure about a flow control valve, I thought about making my own wilth ball valves. I know I could get away without using a relief valve but for safety I'm not going to cheap out. Any suggestions are welcome.

Good job, but I am wondering does it park easily? What I mean is it looks like by the way it's made it won't sit level if you wanted to unhook it with a full load of material in the tank. Or, did I miss something?? Btw, evil looking black lab in that last picture!!! 
Good point about parking it. I actually figured that out the hard way yesterday. I since have attached the boom and after spraying I can lower the boom and fold down a stand in the front to park it. The brackets for the boom extend about six inches lower than the nozzles so they are protected when detaching. Keep the good ideas comming. Also that is my great dane puppy. He's only seven months old and weighs about 150. He just had to get in on the picture as it was taking.
Some updates to the sprayer. I finally decided on the plumbing. I followed Tee Jets web site. They have a nice diagram explaining the placement of the pressure relief valve, throttle and the rest of the plumbing. I got the parts from Farm and Fleet and Tractor supply. I went with the 8 roller silver pump off ebay. It was about half the price of Farm and Fleet. I still need to get a hose reel for the wand so for now it's not in the pictures. Also I changed the plumbing a little from these pics. There's no longer 2 gauges and there is two outputs (1 for the boom and 1 for the wand) instead of just one in the pics. I only need to run the pump at 1/4 to 1/2 throttle to keep very sufficient pressure with a lot of agitation. Sorry for the poor quality phone pics. I will get the digital out when I get some more time to work on it.

I have a FIMCO pull behind sprayer that I converted to three point. In order to operate the pump I added a trailer outlet to the back of the tractor with 12V switched by a switch located just below the seat in easy reach by my right hand. My next project will be addition of a switch on the sprayer that would detect if it is lifted or in working position and turn the pump off when I lift it. Another possibility is a motion switch that would turn the pump off when the tractor stops.
I have installed an electric solenoid before the spray boom so I am able to stop the boom with a switch on the tractor. I was thinking about getting an old foot dimmer switch and installing on the left floorpan for easy starts and stops. I definatally need to get a hose reel like mjncad. I'm waiting to paint and do the finishing touches on it until I get all of the leaks and placement issues worked out.

I will post pictures but you will have to wait some time. I am currently working in India and have not an idea if I make it home home anytime soon.
I put that together on a spur of the moment when the need presented itself. I used galvanized perforated angle I had laying around and bolted it all together, I also reused the wheels so I can pull it to storage even full of stuff.
