Does any one know how to obtain a YOG ID number. My son said he received a Yanmar welcome letter and Yanmar lapel pin when he bought his Yanmar. I never received anything like that when I bought my YT347. Has any one else receive a YOG ID?

Never heard of YOG , all I got from Kubota was a payment book

Bought my tractor in 2009, In 2012 received a 100th anniversary t-shirt form Yanmar.

DavidL61, Anyone who has purchased a Yanmar tractor more recently (roughly within the last 12 months) has not received the same invitation packet that your son received. The production of a new Yanmar Owners Group (YOG) invitation mailing packet is underway. Yanmar owners that purchased their tractor more recently will receive the invitation packet in the near future.

There are some Yanmar owners from earlier years that did not receive the packet because the owner address in the Yanmar tractor warranty registration came back from the post office as undeliverable or forwarding order expired. Any Yanmar owner (mainly 2006 or newer Cub Cadet/Yanmar or Yanmar) one who thinks this might be the case because they have moved or otherwise had a mailing address change, please email your tractor serial number, mailing address, and email address information to agmarketing-ya@yanmar.com. Say, "Please add me to the Yanmar Owners Group." in the message.

This is not related but i don't know how to start a new thread.I have a Yanmar 1700 and as soon as i start it it, Coolant comes spewing out at a high rate of pressure. Is that a sign of a blown gasket?

Same here. March of 2017 and no notice via USPS. Guess an email will have to be sent!

I don't remember how I got signed up, perhaps when I registered for some promo news at the Yanmar display at a MENF event. I did get my notice back in July of 2017, it looks like my original dealer did have my EX2900 registered properly. They actually send out emails that have some decent content here and there, but not too crazy and I received my owners group pin, and a hat, that I actually think is really nice and wear a lot.

I'm guessing it might have been something started, that didn't really take off. Can't find hide nor hair of actual resource, etc when searching.

Perhaps reach out to Yanmar or your local dealer? I mean, I received notice well after buying my unit, about 4-years later in fact.
