what may i expect of the quality of a yanmar engine ( landini mistral 50) and the quality of the complete tractor

Yanmar is Yanmar. You can expect an excellent engine. As for the rest of the tractor I don't know.

The landini's (sold here mostly as McCormick G/ GX are very well made tractors with an excellent reputation in the rest of the world. They are smaller chassis tractors and do well in orchards and vineyards etc. Better build than the Korean tractors certainly.

What is really cool is the front locking differential. That is a very common feature on the S. European machines.
