Price Check Yanmar 2610 Hydraulic Pump

Can any one tell me the who has the cheapest price for a new hydraulic pump for my 2610?

I found that one but the best price I have found so far is 279.95 at Best Farm Parts, I was just hoping there was something a little cheaper.

Why do you need one? They very seldom go bad unless the housing breaks.

It started leaking at the seams and the guy at Hoye told me they don't make a gasket/o-ring kit for it all you can do is replace it

If I remember correctly, the 2610 has an external filter hydraulic filter on the right side of the engine.
Have you changed that filter lately? Any kinks in the hi pressure line, (the small one) at the pump.
Whats the condition of the hydraulic fluid, clear or milky?:licking:

For $280 plus shipping I would find a way.You can make gaskets, and there are all sizes of "O" rings

I think there may have been a little confusion. They don't make a rebuild kit for those but we do have the orings that seal the pump sections together. If your pump is just leaking at the seams then you can probably fix it. If it is weak then probably needs replaced. If it does not pump at all it may just be a sheared keyway... Assuming you have checked the screen, oil, filter, etc

There a several different brand pumps going around out there. Some are much better than others. I don't know what BFP sells but just be aware that there may be a difference. $279 sounds pretty cheap for an OEM quality pump.
