Going back to post #6 and looking at your last two pictures I am thinking I see the mounting bracket fastened at the back of the exhaust manifold. Just looking at the picture it looks like the bracket in the parts manual. Someone has rigged the hose going to the intake manifold with a piece of pipe but it is working.
