I am not sure about the little T handle but believe it is to adjust the drop speed of the 3 point.
If you are talking about the handle with the black rubber end in the 2nd picture that is the 3 point control handle for up and down.
Not sure what foot pedal you are talking about. Can't find it in the picture. If you are talking about reference 10 on figure 48 of your parts manual that would be the differential lock pedal.
